AirStar’s consumer division and the state of the art RC sport/hobby helicopters, parts and service have been in service since 1988. Our consumer customers will be serviced under a new name Air XTreme and will continue to manufacture and carry our famous line of Competition Acrobatic RC Helicopters in the Mongoose family as well as remaining the #1 in world Jet Star Helicopter sales.
We are expanding our operations and welcome you to join us in the new inner space professional applications businesses sweeping across the country and around the world. We are looking for Remote Controlled UAV VTOL operators and distributorships in every state as part of a national task force that will become the backbone of various UAV services to government agencies and professional service groups.
We are proud to announce that AirStar has been acquired as a subsidiary of the Mundus Group Inc, a public aerospace consortium. AirStar, US NAVY and Mundus founders co-developed, patented and successfully flew a ducted fan UAV prototype at exclusive R&D facility provided by US NAVY under a 3 year Cooperative Research and Development Agreement CRADA at Point Mugu Naval Base California between 2001 and 2004 which has culminated in this strategic relationship.
